New to artificial lighting and didnt want to spend a lot of money to get into it.  When I found these guys I was hesitant because the price was so low.  It HAD to be cheap right?  Far from it.  I have done several beach shoots and even a volleyball shoot in the rain and these have held up really well and perform exactly as I expected.  Well worth the price and then some
