Compatible with Nikon D7000.

The primary functions of a battery grip are to provide extended shooting times by providing space for an additional battery and to make shooting in portrait mode easier by providing an extra grip and controls.

The Vertax D11 Multi Power Battery Pack is equipped with - shutter-release button - AE/AF lock button - multi selector - main command dial - sub-command dial.

The Vertax D15 can be powered either by six AA batteries (Alkaline or Ni-MH or Lithium), or EN-EL15 rechargeable Li-ion batteries. To use the Vertax D11 with AA batteries, use the included V1-A11 AA Battery Holder. When using EN-EL15 batteries to power the Vertax D11, use the included EN-EL15 Battery Holder. Note: Batteries are not included.

The grip features an anti-slip rubber grip and a locking battery chamber door. The Vertax D11 attaches easily to the base of the camera and does not require the removal of the battery door from the camera. The Vertax D11 also has a USB port for firmware upgrades.
