The Cowboy Studio photography background support system and backgrounds is a great addition to any studio. This system is useful both in the studio and on location due to its compact travel size and ease of setup. Making adjustments to the height and width is simple. The black finish is durable and professional.

These high-output daylight balanced compact fluorescent bulbs are ideally suited for digital photography. They also have very low heat so they don't get hot like the more common photo bulb choices.

One of the main questions are customers ask us is “what is the difference between continuous and strobe lighting?” Continuous lighting uses a constant light source to light your subject, meaning that your lights will stay on during the entirety of your photo shoot. Continuous lighting is recommended for beginners. Strobe lighting uses a flash of light at the moment your camera shutter opens to illuminate your subject. Many professionals use this type of lighting because it offers more control of the light.

The shipping was really fast for the amount of products that was ordered. Everything is strong and sturdy. Backdrop stands hold 10x20 backdrops without any bend. Light stands are tall and hard to tip over. My only complaint is the bulbs. When someone upgrades to the 10x20 backdrops you should upgrade their bulbs too. The 45w bulbs are only good for items you would be 2ft away from. Obviously if you are ordering a 10x20 backdrop you plan on taking pictures of more than eBay items. So if you order this kit go ahead and order some 85w bulbs to replace the 45w ones.

Just getting started and needed a basic set up. The stands for the backdrop and lights are very good quality. I have only set up the black muslin back drop so far, and the material is ok. The umbrellas are very good and everything was very easy to set u[
