Cowboy Studio clinch bands are a great addition to your mobile studio.  They can be easily attached to your speedlight.  They mount with most diffusers to help create unique effects for your pictures.  It allows you to attach flash modifiers to your flash without using the including adhesive Velcro tabs for a mess-free secure attachment.

This is so handy to have even if you don't use it for what it's meant for...one side is a high grip rubber the other side is loop Velcro you can use it hold things together like tripod legs or light stands as you carry them  or hold a reflector in place etc....as for what it's actually made for, it works great even on flash heads that have a taper to them.
