This compact flash diffuser easily attaches to your Metz 64 AF-1 for excellent light distribution. It helps soften shadows and reduces red eye, improving the normally harsh light produced by an on-camera flash.  This type of diffuser is best in small rooms with light-colored walls.  It allows the light from your flash to bounce off the walls and ceiling to create soft light on you subject.  Use with the flash pointing straight up or with the flash pointing directly at the subject.
