This CowboyStudio 5-in-1 round reflector, regularly used in photography and cinematography, is used as a reflective surface to redirect light towards a given object or scene.

It is very important to choose the right kind of reflector as board reflectors vary in size, color, reflectivity, and portability. Each color reflector is used to help create the proper setting for your picture. The translucent board is used for softer lighting to minimize shadow. Silver is used to emphasize a contrast. The gold board is used to create warm tones. The white board is used to create a neutral color and the black board is used to block out any unwanted light.

    • Five different colors provide different functions:
      1. Gold: warm up the picture
      2. Silver: brighten the picture
      3. White: bounce light into shadows
      4. Black: block out unwanted light
      5. Translucent: soften light, often used overhead
    • Available diameters: 22", 32", and 43"
    • Folds easily to fit in its case (9.5", 11.5", or 15” depending on size)
    • Case is black heavy duty material with a sturdy zipper

We have lost two 5-in-1's over the past two years.  Wish I had known about this item and Cowboy Studio two years ago!  So far, this item appears to be better than the previous versions we owned from another manufacturer at about 1/4 the cost.  This was our first transaction with Cowboy Studios, but we will definitely be back.
