Can these bulbs be used in a standard lamp?
Yes, our bulbs can be used in any standard E26 light socket.

Are these bulbs dimmable?
No. Don't use with timers, photocells, dimmers, and motion control devices. Don't use with totally enclosed recessed fixtures. Don't use where exposed to the weather.

Do you have the same items listed in your store?
CowboyStudio carries a wide selection of camera equipment and all of the products that are in stock are online.

How do I search through all of your products?
You can use our user friendly search box on the top of our store home page. Make sure you press the “Search” button. It may not work if you just press “Enter” on your keyboard.

What condition is your merchandise in?
CowboyStudio sells only brand new items. We do not offer any used equipment.

Do you have a showroom?
CowboyStudio has a showroom at 6717 Levelland Dr in Dallas. We are open to the public.

When is your showroom open?
Our showroom is open 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping
How can I track my order?
Most orders ship the next business day after payment is received. After we ship your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. If your order was shipped, you should have received a tracking confirmation email from CowboyStudio with your tracking number and shipping carrier. If you didn't receive that email, you can retrieve your tracking number and order status by send us an email using our online contact form and entering your item number and name. We will email you the tracking number within 1 business day.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are dependent on product weight and are provided to your during your checkout process.

When will my order ship?
We ship most of our orders within 1 business day. A business day is considered Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary from 1 to 5 days for domestic shipments. We are located in Dallas, Texas, so the closer you are to us, the faster you will receive your order. The further you are from Texas the longer it will take.

Do you allow local pick up?
We do not allow local pickup for items purchased online. If you would like to pickup your items, please stop by our showroom during business hours to make a purchase.

Do you combine shipping charges on multiple purchases?
Yes, we do offer discounts on shipping when you buy more than one item. In order to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must complete checkout AFTER all items are added to your cart. Items purchased under the same account will be automatically added to your invoice and the combined shipping discount will apply to your order total.

Can you declare my purchase as a "Gift"?
Falsifying customs documentation is a federal violation. In accordance with US law, we must declare your package as merchandise and note the price that you paid as the value. After all those expenses, you will still get a great deal since our products are purchased at a deep discount.

Do I have to pay custom taxes or duties?
CowboyStudio's international shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes or duties associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.

How do I pay for my item?
After selecting your products, click the View my Cart link on the top right of the website and follow the PayPal payment process.

If you cannot pay via PayPal, please call our office to place a phone order.

Your money order should include your name and order number. Once we receive your payment, we will process it, send you email confirmation, and ship next business day.

Have you received my payment yet?
Money order/cashiers checks: We process these within 2 days of receipt and send you a payment confirmation email to your registered email account.
Paypal: You should receive a payment confirmation email after your payment clears Paypal. Credit/Debit cards and payments using Paypal funds should clear within minutes. Bank Transfers (transactions using your bank account) take about 2 to 4 days to clear.
Credit Cards: Credit card payments should clear within a few minutes and you should receive a confirmation email shortly after you have paid.

What types of payments do you accept?
We gladly accept Paypal, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) through Paypal. We also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks.

Do you offer layaway?
We do not offer layaway. Online and in store purchases must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

Is my personal information kept private?
CowboyStudio considers the information you choose to share with us personal and confidential. We will not share, rent, or sell any of your personal information.

How can I return a product?
CowboyStudio offers one of the best return policies on the web. Click here to see the store return policy. Your refund will be issued in the same manner as you paid. An email confirmation will be sent after your return is processed.

I received the wrong item? What do I do?
CowboyStudio strives to keep our customers satisfied but sometimes we do make mistakes. We're very sorry that you received the wrong item and hope to make the return as painless as possible. Please complete our Online RMA Request Form. After we receive your request, we will contact you to provide an RMA number for your return.
